Watch My New Documentary – The Complete History of Mario (1981 to 2021)
I feel like I lead almost every blog post with “it’s been a while since I posted here last, but…” and I’m going to try my best to be better about organizing my thoughts here, more often. For anyone who knows me either personally or professionally, you’re probably aware I’m a BIT of a gamer and a BIT of a Nintendo enthusiast. Two of my biggest entrepreneurial ventures, after all, are video game centric YouTube channels.
Pozz Games is a charity gaming channel created and operated in hopes of raising awareness and funds for cystic fibrosis research. The Nintendo Beast is my gamer YouTuber alias where I upload and live stream Nintendo specific content. With all that explained, I am absolutely ecstatic to finally be premiering a new Nintendo inspired documentary that I’ve been working on for quite some time.
For reference, the last Nintendo documentary I produced (centering around Pokémon) was uploaded to YouTube all the way back in 2014. It was accompanied on the channel by two previously uploaded documentaries – one regarding the history of Animal Crossing (uploaded in 2013) and one regarding the history of Mario (uploaded in 2012). Needless to say, these 3 documentaries have become a bit outdated since they were originally uploaded between 6 and 8 years ago.
Today, March 10th, 2021, is considered “Mar10 Day” or Mario Day because, well, Mar10 looks like Mario. Pretty straight forward. Last year, I did my first ever live stream on my Nintendo Beast YouTube channel in celebration. This year, I’m premiering my brand new, up-to-date, and wildly improved Mario documentary! “The Complete History of Mario (1981 to 2021)” premieres on YouTube tonight at 7pm EST. It’s been in production since last year already, and I’m honestly so happy and proud of how it turned out. Check it out tonight on YouTube or any time after it premieres embedded above.
