This Month on ‘At The Movies’: Go Behind the Scenes at The Boscov Theater

Watch this month’s new episode of my BCTV program ‘At The Movies’ spotlighting the theater that I manage – The Albert & Eunice Boscov Theater at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts in Reading, PA.

The debut episode of ‘At The Movies’ back in September 2024 also did a spotlight on my theater (essentially serving as a guinea pig for the pilot). However, I’ve finally hit my stride in terms of video and audio quality with the episodes I’ve been releasing this year – including January’s spotlight of The Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville, PA and now this new February 2025 episode.

The theater spotlight in this episode is largely the same as the September 2024 episode, but I did collect and edit in some new updated B roll footage around the theater to reflect all the changes I’ve made to the theater as manager over the past 5 months.

I’ve also since made it part of the program to ask each theater operator I interview – what is your favorite movie and have you experienced it on the big screen? In September, I couldn’t figure out how to fit my answer into the spotlight segment. Later I discovered this answer works perfectly as a “post-credit scene”, so stick around after the show’s credits for a never-before-seen clip!
